Upon the arrival of your items in your country, you will be responsible for picking up your order from the designated airport. Doorstep delievery may incure extra charges.

- Tracking: All shipments sent via Airport Freight are trackable. You will receive tracking details to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
- Delivery Time: Our Airport Freight service is designed for speed, typically taking between 2 to 5 working days. In rare cases, there might be delays, but our team will keep you informed.
- Customer Support: Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any inquiries or issues you may encounter with your air freight shipment.
Please be prepared to visit the airport for your shipment pickup and if the need arises, handle any related taxes or customs duties directly. Our aim is to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, even when using this specialized shipping method.
6. Order Tracking
Once Baobabmart ships your order, we will provide you with a tracking number through an email confirmation. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package.
7. Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery, or otherwise, Baobabmart is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. These costs will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
8. Delivery Confirmation
